I purchased this not really sure what to expect. Prior to finding out I had sleep apnea, I was primarily a stomach sleeper. Unfortunately, my mask (FP 432) did not allow for this. The first night I had this, I comfortably slept on my stomach without having any issues with my mask. If you liked sleeping on your side or stomach and miss doing that because of wearing a full face mask, you won't be disappointed. I don't travel without it.Michael M.

Yes, it is expensive, but I am so glad I made this purchase. I cover it with a silk-like pillowcase so my hair moves easily. (That way I only have to wash that pillow case and not struggle to remove its cover.) The dip in the lower corner is fine for my mask and there is no more leaking because of pressure on the mask from a regular pillow.CAROLYN L.

Great pillow! Really makes a difference. I had to tighten the straps too tight before to keep the mask for leaking - now everything is much more comfortable.ALISON T.

This pillow is definitely helpful in allowing the cheek to fall comfortably into a "depression" in the pillow, without making the "seal" break to allow air to escape. I find the pillow to be very comfortable. EKEDWARD K.

I have a bad neck so this pillow did not work for me. It does not give you any neck support. But my boss has one and she loves it so I guess it depends on the person.LYNDA G.

Great if you're not using a nasal pillow mask. With a regular nasal or full face mask it really helps to avoid leaks. Doesn't work as great with a nasal pillow mask though. I was surprised about thatNancy L
