The Quattro FX represents a new design element for ResMed masks. With no forehead support to obstruct views, patients can read in bed or watch television to fall asleep. I have used this mask for several weeks and was the best mask I have used. Now I find that I wake up with it centered on my lower lip. It needs some type of chin strap made into it so it doesn't move up my nose. Any design change in the future?Tom Miller

I have been using ResMed CPAP Equipment for over 2 years. I have always had trouble with the fit of the cushion. I just tried the Quatto FX Full face mask. I believe this will work.
The fit is very important. I strongly urge anybody ordering for the first time, to request the plastic measuring device so as to properly find the correct size. The paper print out of the pdf file is not always accurate. If you print at "fir to page" it will be wrong (as I did). Print at full size. Perhaps The People will change the directions on the pdf to say "print at full size" EDITOR NOTE: This has been corrected.Kenneth L.

The mask would be perfect if it weren't for one thing....the cushion detaches from the mask at the bridge of the nose after about 30-45 minutes, and once that starts to happen there is no amount of adjusting, manipulation, and shoving that can fix this. This problem could be eliminated if the cushion had a clip to hold in place like other RESMED masks. Maybe I have a defective cushion, I just know it does not stay in place.

It is a very good mask, and the most comfortable to ware. I was fitted for a size med. with my mouth closed, but had to go to a large because I sleep with my mouth open.WILLIAM R.

If you have problems with dry eyes, DON'T use this one!
I DESPISE this mask. While it does make an excellent seal (after multiple attempts), the air vents upward into the eyes. I have to wear a thick, tight eyemask in order to sleep, even then if I dislodge the eyemask in the night, the air blowing into my eyes wakes me up! It does fit a smaller face, but my experience has been absolutely MISERABLE. I would give the mask a "0 stars" if it was an option. Sorry ResMed, keep trying.dustyoahu

Mask works great, but for some unknown reason they ship XL mask with a medium headgear - so if ya got a big head make sure you get the headgear larger than a medium.GREGORY S.

The mask does not fit snug unless you really tighten it down and then it still doesnt seeem to hold a tight seal very long, air escapes and then some pretty funny noises will wake you up.. The other thing is that the air escape valve or hole, shoots air up and skims along the forehead. I have thrown this in my closet and went back to my old mask. Just was not worth the money for this one.DOUG G.

Just got this mask and not liking it at all. Go to sleep with a nice seal, but wake up with multiple leaks and when trying to reposition it I get lots of air noise that wakes husband. I then have to turn the cpap machine off, reposition mask and start over. This is happening several times a night for a week now. Have call into supplier to figure out what's wrong. I feel like I'm wrestling an animal that is stuck to my face.Enjoys my sleep time

Better than the $80 one I had before. Oddly enough when it doesn't leak at all the machine doesn't adjust the air to my breathing as well as when there is a small leak. (Will try to push air in when I'm trying to exhale.) This one fits pretty well and can be adjusted to leak just a litte - Then it is pretty good. KAREN W.

Has anybody ever wondered why any of these CPAP masks cost so much? Especially since they are NOT custom made. They sell more plastic stuff at the dollar store for less. I have orthodics that were custom made and they last longer!! Does anyone know? Some people think is because the insurance companies are involved. Does anyone know? Has anyone EVER had a good fit?Does anyone know?
