Product works as well as the previously purchased seals. They are great and need to be replaced on a regular basis. I am disappointed that my prescription is lost and not on file anymore. I have moved, and must go through many items to find my prescription (I know I should have kept it with my records) but was expecting it to be on file since I ordered many hundreds of dollars in a machine and mask about a year and a half ago.
