All orders totaling $75 or more and delivering within the contiguous United States will ship FREE via either FedEx Ground service or USPS mail. All other orders will ship for a flat rate of $4.95 or lower in some cases. Delivery estimates for Standard Shipping is 4-5 business days. Other rates may apply for delivery to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO.
The contiguous United States are the 48 U.S. states on the continent of North America that are south of Canada and north of Mexico, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.
Yes, FedEx expedited shipping options are available with every order.
At this time, our products are not allowed to be sold outside of the United States and territories.
Most orders placed before 4:00pm Eastern M-F are shipped directly from our warehouse the same day that order is placed and prescription is received. We stock our own inventory.
NOTE: FedEx expedited options DO NOT deliver on Saturday/Sunday. Expedited orders placed on Friday will not deliver until Monday at the earliest. FedEx Ground service does not deliver on Monday, but does deliver on Saturday.
We cannot ship orders for CPAP/BiPAP machines until a prescription is received in our office and verified. We use FedEx and the USPS for all our shipping needs and depend on those services for accurate and efficient deliveries. Once a package has been handed off to FedEx or the USPS, there can be disruptions. Weather or other natural events can sometimes cause a delay. Signature requirements and/or incorrect address information can also cause delays. FedEx and the USPS will make every effort to deliver the package within the promised time frame.
FedEx Ground Home Delivery does NOT deliver on Monday. However, Saturday delivery is normal.
If you provide your email address, we immediately send you a message when the package is shipped containing a tracking number that is assigned by the USPS or by FedEx. You can easily follow the progress of your package once that number is assigned.

Yes. CPAP masks, machines, and humifidiers require prescriptions to be on file. You may have been able to purchase these items from other websites in the past without prescriptions. All websites are required to follow FDA and local Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations. CPAP equipment is considered TYPE II medical devices.

Don't have a prescription? Can't find a way to obtain one? Consider replacing individual parts of your mask or machine. Most masks have replaceable parts that can extend the life of the mask. In some cases, replacement parts can be purchased and assembled at home to create a complete mask. No prescription is required for replacement parts.

I love the headgear. Maybe it is my fault for not changing the headgear more often, but my old headgear's Velcro just would not stay together. It keeps releasing while I sleep and the mask slips from my face. Just replace the headgear every 4 to 6 months and it will be fine.TEX N.
